Always fully replace existing fascia, soffit and guttering this includes splicing in any new timber to rotten rafter feet.
Use Swish High Density fascia and soffit guaranteed against defects including discolouration for a period of 15 years.
Always fully repoint gable ends and replace asbestos verge board. Use timber blocks fixed to the rafter feet which allow us to achieve a true and level fitting. Replace rotten felt with a reinforced heavy duty membrane, this will not decay and prevents leakage to your roof and watermarks on your fascia.
Always install eaves protection against birds and vermin. Use 65mm stainless steel polytops, these provide a solid anchor like fixing and will not rust ensuring a new look finish for years to come. Install 10mm over ventilation which conforms to the latest building regulations. Always manufacture our box ends from 405mm fascia which ensures a unique one piece finish. Do not ask for any deposit, payment is only taken when the job is completed to your satisfaction. Never use canvassing or cold calling and never pass your details on to other companies.
